Day In The Life With A Newborn Mom Of Three Kids 3 And Under You 10:00 am: twins wake up and have bottles while toddler colors or does playdoh in high chair. 11:00 am: twins nap, play time with toddler, prepare lunch. 12:00: toddler has lunch while i pumped. 1:00: toddler naps, twins have bottles. 2:00: twins nap. i pump and then relax nap shower do housework. Preferably sometime between 7 and 8pm. every single night. it will be a shit show for the first few nights, but a pattern will start to emerge and hopefully in a week or so a routine will be established and the kids will go to sleep. if kids don’t go to sleep right away, you may need to reevaluate your nap timing. Today ended on a wonderful note, everyone was happy and silly. all three kids were giggling, dancing and rolling around. the stresses of the day melt away when it ends so beautifully. arielle and evie went to bed easily, theo was another story. but i’m ending this day on a positive note, so we won’t talk about that. i cry a lot.
