The Black Hack Second Edition Is Now Available In Pdf The Gaming Gang The black hack 2e is a ttrpg designed to be rules light and easy to learn. it is an updated version of the original black hack game which includes a number of new features and improvements. one of the most notable aspects of the black hack 2e is its simplicity. the game uses a very streamlined set of rules, which allows players to focus on. New expanded second edition rules now include a wealth of extra material and tools for every black hack gm. the main rules still only take up 30 pages, but the full edition adds over 90 more pages of npcs, monsters, dungeons, traps, magic items and much more. the black hack is a super streamlined roleplaying game that uses the original 1970s. The black hack uses class based damage: d4 for wizards, d6 for thieves and clerics and a new special rule for warriors. for now, i'm going to leave the special rule (multiple d6 attacks as an option) and use d8 for warriors and one die higher for two handed weapons (so, d6 for wizards, d8 for thieves clerics and d10 for warriors). The black hack uses slightly different mechanics to old school retro forms of d&d but is backwards compatible because things like hit dice and spells still have meaning in tbh rules. you can easily convert the module of your choice on the fly if you wish. there is now a second edition of the game.
