That's mechanical negligence. hint: when washing your bike after riding, wash the wheels and tires really well, and when drying the rims off with a rag (by spinning the wheel), squeeze your spokes with your non drying hand while rotating your wheel. if you feel any movement at all, tighten your spokes.
