Seen a few requiring a new bjb, harness, and fans due to melted high speed fan relay connectors. op: replace the fan assembly (new oem includes resistor and harness from resistor to fan). if the burnt connector is at the resistor speed controller though, you're sol and have to buy a new harness or get the connector from a junkyard car. Mountune ~$560 (up to $120 less if you wait for a sale) triple pass system means that the coolant snakes back and forth through the radiator which allows it to cool much more effectively. thin design allows for easy install (don't need to pull front bumper crash bar) increase of .5l of coolant. reuses oe fan shroud. Make sure there isn't a high resistance or short in these wires, if there is this may give the indication that the coolant temperature is cold which would explain the gauge and fan not operating. if all appears ok then it would indicate an engine management concern. reply like. m.
