Finally Double Din Acurazine Acura Enthusiast Community Acura 2011 tl base wiring advice on double din upgrade. hey, got a 2011 acura tl base non nav and need some good advice alternatives how to install an aftermarket head unit. i decided to do this cause i need a back up camera since i cannot see anything threw 5% tints while backing into a jersey spot. i would like to upgrade the headunit and retain. The wiring harness with all the blue wires goes to the back of the radio to allow this. also works with carplay wired or wireless but need a usb adapter. an additional $35 $80. still not too bad when you consider everything your getting and navtool sells for close to that for just carplay. techmechanic.

Crutchfield kit is expensive, if they even sell i last i checked it was 150 for the install kit and you still have to do custom wiring. lemme find you a pic of my double din install. edit also i didn't use a kit i made it out if the existing brackets. trimmed a bit of plastic and she said right in. 1.
