On top of that, my new tobii eye tracker didn't work. so i got rid of win 11 and went back to 10. the result was: almost doubled the fps (and the eye tracker worked). try turning down settings for terrain lod, object lod, buildings and contact shadows as these are the cpu intensive settings.
