Joe murray. joe wanted to be an artist since he was three years old. his first “recognition” as an artist came when his kindergarten teacher said that he was the only student who drew zippers on pants. years later, joe’s love of oddball things inspired rocko. when on a trip to a zoo, he saw an australian wallaby oblivious to the chaos.
