On hard, he does become visible every now and then so you can target him and hit him a few times, but on lmd he never becomes visible so there's never a time get to lock on to him, so i can barely ever land a hit on him with lucia, if i keep dropping the crank combs, eventually a few of them will explode on him so i have a better chance. Lmd has the shorter campaign, but also has one of the worst bosses in dmc history. lucia also doesn't have a majin form and her weapons leave a lot to be desired, making the fights feel longer than they actually are. dmd has more bosses, is a bit longer than lucia's story, but is also (arguably) easier overall, thanks to dante's majin form and.
