They reduce the effective contact of any hitter when inactive. a hitter with 90 contact with road warrior has the pci size of someone with 88 contact in a home game. the opposing pitcher's h 9 or clutch always affects the hitter's pci size which is why i had the same pitcher with no quirks and the same h 9 and clutch for every hitter test.
