If i am taking a slow and cozy fall morning, it is important to me that i take time to have a relaxing shower. this involves good smelling soap, a nice face wash, and some perfectly warmed water. when it is cold outside, showers become extra relaxing to me. i love making a shower park of my cozy fall morning routine. 8. get dressed in a fall outfit.

Moving my body first thing in the morning is essential for me. i switch every other day between hot yoga and hiit training. this is the perfect balance between strength & cardio and mobility & recovery. on this particular day, i am going to a hiit workout. after brushing my teeth and getting dressed, i head out the door by 6:15 am and drive to. Here’s an example of a simple fall evening routine: tidy up: spend 15 minutes tidying up your spaces. for example, clear off the kitchen counter, clean your desk, or straighten your living room. prepare for tomorrow: take some time to plan your day and complete tasks to make your mornings simpler.
