12 Tuna Sushi Bake Recipe Justynmirron Preheat oven to 500 degrees f. in a medium bowl, mix strained tuna with kewpie mayo, sriracha sauce, sugar and salt. layer that on top of the rice and spread it out evenly. then peel and thinly slice avocados. spread the avocado over the tuna layer. generously drizzle more kewpie mayo and sriracha sauce over top. 1. start by preparing your sushi rice according to package instructions. 2. preheat oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit. 3. when rice is finished cooking, mix in rice vinegar and press into a baking dish. 4. mix together the tuna, softened cream cheese, kewpie mayo, sriracha, soy sauce, and sesame oil in a bowl. 5. Make the spicy tuna: whisk together the mayo and sriracha in a large bowl. drain the tuna and break it into small flakes. stir the tuna into the spicy mayo. preheat oven to 425 degrees. coat an 8×8 or 9×9 baking dish with sesame oil. press the cooked rice firmly into the dish. lay the nori sheets on top of the rice. Mix rice and sushi seasoning to make sushi rice. layer the sushi rice on the bottom of the dish. add a layer of masago on top. add furikake on top. add a layer of half creamy crab on one side, and half spicy tuna on the other. drizzle on more japanese mayo and furikake. finally, put in the broiler for 3 5 minutes until it gets crispy at the top.
